A Phone conference meeting of the RAWCInc, Board was called to order at 8:00 pm on January 22nd 2020 and those in attendence were Dahlgren, Sinclair, Freeland and Sinclair. After considerable discussion the following Resolution was considered: RESOLUTION # _______ 2020 It is hereby resolved that Chairman Dahlgren is authorized by the RAWCInc, Board to submit a counter purchase offer increasing the purchase price for the property at 159 North Main Street in Wellsville NY to $25,000 with the continued inclusion of original building inspection contingencies (minus the general building inspection which has been performed), and with a provision that costs of inspection of up to $3,000 will be reimbursed to RAWCInc. contingent upon final purchase of the property. Motion by Dahlgren, Second, Sinclair, and carried by unanimous 4 yes. The meeting adjourned at 8:35 pm
