Minutes of the Rise Above Wellness Center Inc. meeting held on 12/30/2020
at 6:36 pm via conference call.

Those in attendance at the Rise Above last quarterly meeting for 2020 were
directors Dahlgren, Sinclair and Kalkbrenner.

The minutes of the October 1st 2020 Board meeting, which Secretary Sinclair
forwarded by email , were discussed and approved on motion by Dahlgren,
second Kalkbrenner and carried.

Treasurer Dahlgren reported that the account balance remains the same at
$700 in Citizens Bank and there are no outstandiing bills or accounts
receivable. The authorized transfer of funds reimbursing Dahlgren, from loan
for  possible purchase of adjacent property, has been completed. The other
tentative purchase deal has fallen through and our Rise Above purchase offer
is still on the table. The 990EZ form will be filed in January. It was
suggested that a budget for 2021 be prepared and that there will be the 2021
organizational meeting toward the end of January.

Chairman Dahlgren reported that the Yoga room at the facility and womens
bathroom will be converted into an efficiency apartment to realize revenue
for support of the facility and help cover losses due to Covid shutdown. The
Conference room will be made available for Yoga and a new activity of first
responder counseling. It is hoped that upon restart, usage of the facilities
will be free of charge The dance studio has moved to another location and
hopefully art classes and Tai-Chi will restart when the Pandemic ends.

Chairman Dahlgren proposed that the focus for 2021 will be to get back to the
original mission of providing a location for and wellness activities for the
community and it's people. There was consensus that this is a good vision and
focus.

Sinclair moved to adjourn with second by Dahlgren and carried, the meeting
adjourned at 7:00 pm.
