Board Meeting on Jan 8th, 2022.

In attendence were Christina Petito, Jeremy Dahlgren, Sheila Kalkbrenner.
Absent was Fred Sinclair.

Dahlgren called the meeting to order at 3:05pm, Sheila approved,
Christina seconded, carried.

Treasurer's report, no change from previous meeting, balance remains at $705.

Officers for 2022.  Due to covid 19 causing issues with activites, meetups,
etc, those present were in agreement to keep the same officers as we had
in 2021.  This was motioned by Dahlgren, Sheila seconded, carried.

Activities
------------
- Lighthouse Talks - A new discussion/healing/learning group started by
                     Christina, she gave us an update on progress
- Meditation Healing - A new meditation meetup group started by Anna Wiley
- Luminous Healing LLC - Christina updated us on the progress of her private
                         counseling/coaching practice, she is open and
                         optimistic for q1
- AA meetings - Mark, Don, Kyle - contacted Christina about starting
                these up at Rise Above, Christina and Jeremy met with them
                to discuss the details
- Yoga classes continue on small scale, Cindy and those in her class are
          optimistic.
- Tai-Chi classes are still going although our instructor Theresa Brown has
          been sick.  Jeremy has been bringing in a laptop so we can still
          train and follow the swimming dragon videos that are available.
  AKT - still doing well and slowly recovering from covid setbacks

Overall activities are slowly growing and the outlook is positive and
optimistic.

Jeremy still has an outstanding task to get our 501(c)(3) documents loaded
on the website.

Next board meeting is planned for April 9th, 3pm.
Dahlgren will send out agenda items and reminder at least 10 days prior.
